TORTA DE CHONTADURO

Ingredientes:

• 350 gr. azúcar.
• 3 huevos.
• 200 gr. Mantequilla.
• 600 gr. Chontaduro.
• 1 Ramita de tomillo.
• 3 cucharadas de levadura.
• Sal y canela al gusto.

Preparación:

Revuelva la mantequilla con el azúcar restante hasta que la mezcla este cremosa, añada los huevos y cuando estén bien incorporados, adiciona el chontaduro mezcle todo muy bien con la levadura y cuando la mezcla este homogénea,  añada la sal y la canela. Vierta el preparado en una fuente refractaria engrasada y enharinada, llevar al horno previamente caliente a 180° C durante 45 minutos.
